Mr Takudzwa Madende is an experienced administrator who gained a wealth of retail banking experience from his time at Steward Bank. His experience in administration was acquired from Afrik Manufacturing where his main duties were in Logistics and Human Resources. Takudzwa is a holder of a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources from Harare Polytechnic and is currently studying towards an IOBZ Diploma. Takudzwa leads the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy, creates and implements company or organization’s vision and mission and making sure that sales targets are met.
Innocent Lovemore Nyamusara

Mr Innocent Lovemore Nyamusara is a renowned professional with over 15 years’ experience in the banking and retail space. He has previously worked for different financial institutions where he gained valuable experience in lending. He has worked for Geldon Microfinance, TN Bank, Steward Bank and GetBucks Microfinance Bank in different roles and has assisted a number of different clients from a broad spectrum such as agriculture, mining, retail and distribution, transport and tourism sectors. He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Chinhoyi University (CUT), Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Banking & Finance from the Midlands State University (MSU), Microfinance Expert – Boulder Institute of Microfinance, Turin, Italy and several Business Certificates and Diplomas. Innocent has been key in client acquisition, business development, relationship management and debt recovery at Village Capital.
Kanukayi Madende
Director
Kanukayi has over 17 years’ experience in the financial services sector having worked for a number of financial institutions such as AGribank, Genesis Investment Bank, TN Bank which became Steward Bank and GetBucks Microfinance Bank. A microfinance expert from Frankfurt School of Management, Kanukayi has experience in both front and back-office management and has been instrumental in setting up the checks and balances at Village Capital. Mr Madende is a holder of an Msc degree in Strategic Management from CUT and a Bsc degree in Statistics from the University of Zimbabwe. He has attended several courses in credit management, debt recovery, marketing and international trade.
